Communication 

All of our installers are equipped with cell phones and can stay in contact with our office staff. Installers have the authority to contact agents at any time at your request. We believe that communication is the key to a successful installation. Please give us a number that will reach you outside of your office, in addition to any office extensions, so that we may direct access to you in case questions or concerns arise.  Lack of communication can result in delays in completing your order, guesswork for the installer, and preventable miscommunications. Our goal is to do the job correctly the first time.


 Advertiser Responsibilities

  • Advertiser to assist RSI in recovering signs and posts from properties when locked in garage or behind house as requested by RSI.

  • Advertiser will be responsible for all repair and replacement cost to sign posts on advertised sites caused by theft or vandalism-repairs / replacements done at advertisers request.

  • Advertiser to provide accurate installation including complete street number and name, city, ZIP code, nearest cross street and map coordinates.

  • Advertiser to provide details as to the desired location of the post on the property.  Not otherwise stated RSI will use best discretion.  Any subsequent relocation will be subject to charges.


Liabilities

  • Our installers are the only individuals allowed to install or remove our posts. For liability and safety purposes, we ask that you inform your clients of the policy before placing an order. Please make sure there are no HOA restrictions before ordering posts in communities or complexes.  Your client can cost you time and money if Central Coast Sign & Post needs to remove or relocate your sign or post after initial installation.

  • Rapid Sign Installs does not accept responsibility for any damage to unknown / unmarked potential liabilities ie. Underground Electric Dog Fence, Underground Sprinkler Lines, Underground Water Lines, Underground Electrical Lines.

    • Please ALWAYS ask the homeowner upfront if there are any known potential obstructions and include that information in the notes as well as a preferred post install location.  If there are known obstructions, please have the areas flagged.


Placing Orders

  • Orders can be placed 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. Orders within our regular service area are processed and sent out for completion within 3 business days. Orders received after 5:00pm will be processed the next day which is the beginning of the 3 Business Day lead time. The 5:00pm cutoff allows our staff to properly process and distribute your orders efficiently. For orders placed for locations outside of our regular service area, may take up to 2 additional business days to complete, depending on a variety of factors.  All orders must be placed though our website.  Submissions via email, fax, and text message are not accepted.
